This plant has been used for thousands of years to treat a variety of issues including osteoporosis, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue and most famously for erectile dysfunction. The active ingredient is icariin, which inhibits the activity of the PDE5 that’s blocking dilation of the arteries in the penis. This allows blood to flow and create an erection. The prescription medication sildenafil (Viagara) works in much the same way.

Horny Goat Weed Tea Recipe:

Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried horny goat weed leaves in 1 cup of hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain and sip for a gentle energy lift.

For erectile dysfunction drink 2-3 times per day for a few weeks, this plant needs to get into your system to work this way.
