This beautiful flower is rich in antioxidants and linked to several health benefits, including weight loss, blood sugar control, and hair and skin health. It also has colour changing effects! When brewed it is a beautiful blue colour. Add a squeeze of lemon and it turns purple! Its color is a result of an antioxidant known as anthocyanin, also found in blueberries.

Directions: Add 3-4 grams for every cup of cup boiling water. Let steep for 10-15 mins then strain. Can be served hot or cold.
