Skullcap Tea Recipe:
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried skullcap leaves in 1 cup of hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain and drink before bed to promote deep relaxation.
For anxiety, tremors or nerve problems, take every night for a few weeks. This plant works better over time as it gets deeper into your system.
